If for any reason the goods are unavailable after you have placed your order and payment is received you will be informed within 48 hours ( Mon-Friday 9.00 - 5.00 Supplier Open times)

When ordering Personalised goods you can send us the information using either

THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTION SECTION ON CHECKOUT, BY E-MAIL OR BY POST

** PHOTOGRAPHS FOR PHOTO GOODS CAN BE E-MAILED TO US USING THE ADDRESSES ON THE CONTACT US PAGE

If you have ordered candles / magnets this information will be used to produce a layout which will be e-mailed to you for confirmation

NO CANDLES / MAGNETS WILL BE SENT UNTIL CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT REQUIRE ONE - THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE ON CHECKOUT

** NO LAYOUTS WILL BE SENT FOR PERSONALISED NAPKINS, COASTERS, PENCILS, TABLE COVERS OR CAMERA’S **

So please double check your information as will not be held responsible for any errors in your order

Delivery Procedure

All goods will be posted out by either Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or by Royal Mail Standard Parcel or Parcel Force

Because both Royal Mail & Parcel Force do not consider post missing until 28 days after posting, no claims for lost post will be considered until after that period, at which point you will be granted a refund and we will file a claim with the relative delivery service. Certificates of posting will be kept until 30 days from date of posting, so please make sure you inform us of missing post before this deadline as no claims will be accepted after this point.

Returns / Refunds Policy

Payments

We can take payment by using the following methods

1. Pay-pal - Secure online Payment

2. Nochex - Secure online credit card payment (No sign up required )

( Maximum £100 per day orders over £100 will require Nochex Registration)

** Nochex payments require details to be entered EXACTLY as printed on your credit card statement this is very important **

( We aim to dispatched all orders within 7 days after payment has been received

but please allow upto 14 days for larger orders)

Candles / Napkins

We offer a 7 day returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will gladly refund your purchase price ( less the cost of posting ) providing the items are returned in original condition by recorded / signed for delivery

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us and we will inform you how to proceed with returns at this point.

Exclusions from Refunds / Returns Policy

Personalised goods will not be accepted back for refund unless a mistake has been made on our part or are damaged, in this event please return the goods by recorded / signed for delivery and we will either refund you in full plus your postage costs or make the amendments and return the item to you.

Candle / Napkin style & colour may vary from those shown in pictures, as with all manufactured goods there can be slight differences in shade and this unfortunately these differences are out of our control
